Data Deletion Request

1. How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to privacy@karminax.com.
• Use "Data Deletion Request" as the subject line.
• Include the email address and/or phone number registered on your account, so we can verify the request comes from you.
• State whether you want all of your data deleted, or only a specific part of it.

2. Process and Timeframe

• We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
• Once your identity is verified, the request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
• If we have to decline the request, we will explain why in writing.

3. Data That Is Deleted

• Your account details (name, email address, phone number).
• Customer, appointment, package and sales records created through the Service.
• Access tokens and message records stored as part of the WhatsApp integration.

4. Data That Cannot Be Deleted

Some data cannot be deleted because the law requires us to keep it. Invoice and payment records are retained for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years) under Turkish tax and commercial legislation. Such records are kept solely to meet legal obligations and are not used for any other purpose.

5. A Business's Own Customer Data

Karminax is business software. For data belonging to a business's own customers, the business is the data controller and Karminax hosts that data as a processor on its behalf. If you are the customer of a business, you should address your deletion request to that business first. You may also contact us, in which case we will forward your request to the relevant business.
